Keep your locals in the loop and let them know ordering ahead is now available on Skip. We have a bunch of creatives you can get posting on Instagram and Facebook ASAP.

We’ve got Skip templates so you can add your own amazing photos or videos instead. Have Skip up on the window or on the counter? Even better, take a picture or give us a walkthrough so Skipsters know where they can pick up their order.

STEP 3: Link It Up 🔗

Add 'Order ahead on @skipapp' to your social bios and include links directly to your Skip order page on your site and socials - this can be used by customers with or without the app.

Your venue link will be: https://www.skipapp.com.au/open/menu/yourvenuenumber
To find your venue number, look up your venue on skipapp.com.au on a desktop and copy the numbers in the URL.
e.g. Skip's Virtual Cafe venue number is 7177


To add a link to your Instagram bio:
Go to Edit Profile > Links > Add external link > Copy the URL above with your venue number after menu/ > Include a Title e.g. 'Order Ahead' 'Order on Skip' 'Order Takeaway' > Done!


👩‍💻 Brand New to Skip? 
If you'd like to encourage customers to start ordering ahead, you can add a link to make downloading the app a breeze on your stories.
Go to the third icon up the top of Instagram stories > Scroll down to the 5th row to Link > Add in https://www.skipapp.com.au/dl and voila.

Quick check - are your socials and website linked to your Skip profile? Update them here to build more trust on your Skip page.

Here’s what customers are keen to know straight away on your socials, make it easy by adding this info to your bio. 

🙌 Can they order ahead? Sure can, with @skipapp and adding your order ahead links above (Step 3)
📍 Location (can add through Contact options > Business address) e.g. 42 Wallaby Way, Sydney
🗓️ Trading hours e.g. Open M-F 6AM-4PM S-S 7AM-3PM
📕 Take bookings? Link directly to your bookings page or provide your contact details e.g. To book, call us 1234 5678 📞 If not, let them know it’s Walk-Ins only
