Restart your printer as it may be experiencing connectivity issues. Simply turn the device off and back on, then log into Skip.
-
Ensure you're not logged into multiple devices (ie, smartphone, desktop, tablet) at the one time or else the app will keep logging you out and your store will appear offline. A reminder that if you only have one user on your account you will need to create a separate user/email address for your printer to stay online at all times and avoid any logout issues. Sign up for that here → (https://www.skipapp.com.au/#!/sign-up). Let us know the email/username once you have signed up and we'll add it to your account.
- Remove/ unplug the battery from the back of the printer and put everything back together again (without the battery). Then, connect the charger to the printer and a power source. Restart the printer by holding down the on/off button for 5 seconds. This should resolve the issue.
- Check your wifi. You might need to reboot your modem. Otherwise, there are a few things you can do to try and improve your wifi to stay online -
- Check the placement of your router and make sure it's not on the floor or covered
- Avoid obstacles, walls, and interference
- Reposition your router’s antenna
- Upgrade your router if it's very old
- Contact your provider
If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us at support@skip.com.au.
