Simply unplug & remove the battery pack from the back, and then reassemble everything without the battery

Next, plug the charger into the printer and a power outlet, then reboot the printer by holding down the on/off button for 5 seconds. That should do the trick!

If you’ve already completed that step and a power cord icon appears on the screen (see image below), don’t worry—there’s nothing wrong with the printer. Just ignore the icon and hold down the power button for 5 seconds to complete the reboot.
Please note: Holding the power button for only 2 seconds will not bypass the icon.
