There are a few ways to confirm if your order was successful.
Firstly, once you submit an order via Skip the 'live order status' will populate on your screen immediately after. Here you will see all the necessary order details in real time including pick-up time, venue address and order number. See example below;
If you missed this screen simply tap on the small receipt icon on the top right hand corner of your screen (this will only be shown after your order has been placed).
Secondly, you can check the 'History' tab for your order which you will find via the 'My Skip' section.
Lastly, you can also check the 'Completed Payments' tab which you can access via the menu icon on the top left hand corner in-app.
