Customer contact information
All customers ordering delivery will be required to provide their mobile contact number during the checkout process and this number is provided to you at the store to fulfil the order only.
Flat delivery fee for all deliveries
The fee for delivery is applied to all delivery suburbs.
List of suburbs for delivery
The list of suburbs that you provide give your customers the guidance on whether delivery is available in their area.
Minimum order value for each suburb
You can manage your cost of delivery by specifying a minimum spend required for each suburb for delivery. For example, using a flat delivery fee of $5 and offering a lower spend requirement for nearby suburbs of $15 and a larger spend for those that take more time to deliver to, such as $30, makes each commercially worthwhile.
Estimated delivery time for each suburb
The estimated delivery times for each suburb gives your customers an indication on how long it may take to receive their order. This time should be the approximate time to travel between your store and the suburb. The times you provide are added to the minimum pickup time in your store so by adjusting this time when you are busy, the time offered for delivery will also extend.
Delivery preference and turning delivery on and off
The presets that you provided above can be selected by selecting the delivery button in the menu:
You can provide different preference sets for different use cases for your store and you can select each or turn off delivery on demand:
When the delivery function is turned off the option will not be available to your customers:
