Skip works best when you actively promote it to your customers. Below is what our most successful venues have done and continue to do to remain top of mind.
1. Display Skip signage in-store
The easiest way to let customers know they can order ahead with Skip, is letting them know when they're waiting around in-store!
We have window decals, pickup here signs, stickers and flyers available. Reach out to support@skip.com.au if you’ve misplaced your signage or need more flyers.
2. Let customers know they can order ahead online
It's easy to link straight to your Skip venue page on your site and social media bios.
Check out how to here or DM us on Instagram if you're unsure what your URL is.
And then regularly post to let customers know ordering ahead is an option! For inspiration, you can check out our social toolkit guide here.

3. Up-to-date Skip menu
Is any of the below available in-store and not on Skip?
- Full food and drink menu
- Combos and specials
- Loyalty program
- Catering options
If the answer is yes to any of the above, you're missing out on increasing your average order and might be turning Skipsters off from ordering ahead. Take a look at your Skip page to see what could be missing for a potential customer. Our support team can assist with adding any of the above to your page.
Make your venue stand out and increase revenue by up to 30%
People eat (and order) with their eyes, so if you’ve got great photos of your venue, food and drink - show them off! To understand how it looks online, check out this Skip page.

4. Educate and train your staff
Skip is there to provide a more seamless experience for your customers and staff. If staff are not on board with using Skip or not sure how it works, it can lead to a bad customer experience for a Skip user who won’t be keen to order again.
