How do I Pay with Click To Pay?
1. After you’ve added the items to your cart and are at the checkout screen change your Payment Method to “Click to Pay”
2. You’ll be sent a one-time password to your registered mobile number to add into the boxes.
3. Confirm which Mastercard you wish to pay for your order with. Or add a new card if you wish.
How to register for Click to Pay?
If you have not registered for Click to Pay you will be guided through the process at the Skip checkout.
1. Under Payment Method select “Click to Pay”
2. You’ll be directed to the Mastercard Click to Pay portal. Enter in the debit or credit card details that you wish to use to pay for your order. Check "Save my credit card details for next time" for a speedier checkout experience in the future.
Q – If I already have a Mastercard saved in Skip, why do I need to re-enter this?
Click to Pay is a payment wallet (similar to Apple Pay) where you enter in your credit card details for a fast and secure way to checkout. To be eligible for the Skip promotional discount you will need to checkout with Click to Pay and pay using your Mastercard to redeem the offer. Simply paying with your Mastercard saved in Skip won’t trigger the discount code.
3. Mastercard Click to Pay will then validate your credit card details. Confirm your details are correct by checking the Terms and Conditions check box. We also recommend you check “Remember me in this browser” box too, for a faster checkout experience in the future.
4. And then you’re all set up and ready to go. You’ll be redirected back to Skip to complete your order.
FAQ’s
Why is my discount code not being applied?
Try manually adding in the promo code CLICKTOPAY. If it's still not working,
- Have you checked out using Click to Pay and paid using a Mastercard debit or credit card?
If not, then the promo code does not apply. - If you have just paid with your Mastercard – without using Click to Pay.
The promo code will not apply – You need to checkout using 1. Click to Pay and 2. Pay with your Mastercard debit or credit card. - Are you trying to claim more than one promo code in one transaction?
There is a limit of one promotion code per transaction. This is on the T&C’s and listed on the marketing materials to avoid any confusion. - Have you spent over $4 or ordered more than 21 times this week?
There is a $4 minimum spend on this promotion. In addition you can only order a max of 21 times in a week. This max 21 transaction limit resets every Monday. Please see our T&C’s.

I’m claiming my free loyalty coffee – can I get $2 cashback on this?
The minimum order is $4 and given this is a free coffee it is not eligible for the promotion. However, all paid coffees that you incur during the promo period will be eligible for the discount if you pay with Click to Pay using your Mastercard - and you can still claim your free loyalty coffee on these discounted coffees too. Score!
What type of orders can I claim this cashback for?
All types of purchases on Skip are eligible. From Coffee, food, gift card or whether you order at the table or for pickup. All you need to do is spend a minimum of $4 and check out with Click to Pay using your Mastercard.
Is there a limit on the amount of times I can claim this cashback?
Yes – but it’s quite generous. You can order a maximum of 21 times per week – That’s a lot of coffees! And this limit will reset on a Monday weekly.
Why can't I receive the promotion if I just use my Mastercard as I normally would on Skip?
Mastercard is launching a new payment wallet called Click to Pay. This promotion is specifically to get people to trial their new payment system, so unfortunately regular Mastercard payments aren’t eligible. Try checking out with Click to Pay instead.
Why can I not receive the promotion if I use Click to Pay with any other card type?
As this is a promotion partnering with Mastercard only Mastercard purchases are eligible.
