You can add and update your menu product images to be displayed on your venue's page in Skip via your Skip Business Account.
Important Note: If your venue is connected to Skip via a Doshii integration, menu images are managed via your POS or in the Doshii Menu Management tool.
Once you have logged in and selected the venue, tap on the Menus tab and tap Manage on the menu that contains the products you want to add images to.
All the items in your menu will be displayed as they are shown on your venue page within the applicable categories.
Select the image placeholder next to a product to add a new product image or the existing image next to a product to update an image on each menu item.
You can select an image you have previously uploaded to attach to a product from your Media Library or you can upload a new image. You can view the media library as a list or as thumbnails by toggling the selector at the top right of the page.
Use the crop and format tool to select the desired section of your product images to display on your menu. You can select 2 different images for hero and thumbnail images to achieve the desired composition of your products within the formatted image.
Once you have finished formatting your product image, select the save option at the bottom of the page after which you will receive confirmation of your product image being uploaded.
For quality reasons, all uploaded images go through a review process by the Skip team and you will be notified when the product images is live on your page. You will also be notified if there is an issue with your images and will be contacted by a Skip team member to assist you to resolve the issue.
Images that you have previously uploaded and have been approved will immediately be visible on your venue page in the app.
